The 27″ PCAP Self Service Kiosk provides an intuitive all-in-one self-service solution for restaurants, cafés, retail stores and other customer-facing environments.
Featuring a responsive 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen, the kiosk allows customers to browse products, place orders and interact with self-service applications quickly and easily. An integrated QR and barcode scanner provides additional functionality for digital offers, order collection and customer interactions, while the built-in Epson thermal printer enables convenient receipt printing.
The integrated Windows PC provides the processing power required to run compatible self-service software, while Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity offer flexible networking options. A lockable front access panel also provides straightforward access to internal components for maintenance, with the receipt roll housed in a separate compartment for quick replacement.
Designed for continuous commercial operation, the kiosk features toughened anti-glare glass and secure mounting options. It can be wall mounted as standard or paired with an optional floor stand where a freestanding installation is preferred.
