Pinntec Limited is a leading specialist in self-service and automated solutions. These are typically a combination of user-hardened software, hardware and equipment, customised to individual markets and clients. The company has been responsible for the deployment and maintenance of over 15,000 digital devices in the UK over the past ten years, for the UK’s leading retailers.
To support its Partner and Distributor strategy, it has established a Products Division which incorporates its ecommerce business, Pinntecdirect.com. Launched in the summer of 2023, Pinntecdirect.com had 22,000 products going live from day 1.
The website has now been redesigned and simplified to incorporate our partner ITAB’s Product range, as well as new digital screen-based products and other retail equipment. It provides each Distributor with their own electronic ordering and account management facility.
In the coming years the Products Division will continue to expand its offer, and to invest in its infrastructure to cope with new partner product ranges, both offline and online. This will include the ‘productization’ of relevant Pinntec retail automation solutions, such as ‘Intelligent Doors’ and ‘Automated Gatehouse’.
