Delivery & Carriage

Please allow up to two days for us to process your order prior to shipping. Your order will be sent next working day after you receive your dispatch email.

UK Deliveries

Most parcels will arrive within 1-2 days and 3-5 days respective of the delivery type selected, but this is not guaranteed – please allow 12 working days from the dispatch date for your order to arrive.  If your order hasn’t arrived in this time, please get in touch and let us know. Unfortunately we will you need you to wait for this time to pass until we can process a missing item claim.

Please note that in order for our courier to contact you with delivery updates it is a requirement that we provide them with your mobile phone number and email address. This will give you (the customer) greater control over deliveries.

We take the protection of your financial information seriously which is why we use Paypal to handle all of our transactions. Our website uses SSL encryption to keep your connection private and no financial information is held by us ensuring your details are kept safe.

At the checkout you will be sent directly to Paypal to enter your payment information or you can pay by card without signing in to PayPal.

If you choose to save payment information on the My Account page, your card details will be held securely by our payment processor. We do not hold a copy on our own web server.

Cancellations & Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Cancellations

We use Paypal to process payments. If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched then we can refund your payment in full. If your order has already been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Please see returns below:

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note we cannot accept returns on perishable food items.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Damaged goods

If you unpack your product and find that it is damaged, please contact us and provide a photo of damage to the product and packaging. We can then resolve the matter quickly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We do not actively collect personal data for marketing purposes unless an explicit opt-in is provided or we have a legitimate reason to contact you. The only data we store is covered by the key lawful basis for data processing set out by ICO in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Contact form submissions to this website are collected and processed by us. By completing the contact form you are giving us permission to contact you under the lawful basis defined as ‘legitimate business interest’. The details of your enquiry will be kept until the query has been resolved and then retained for statistical purposes. We collect information about visitors who comment on websites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
